Ticket Policies

Tickets Santa Fe at The Lensic is a nonprofit community box office managed by The Lensic Performing Arts Center. The service charges applied to tickets purchased through the Tickets Santa Fe box office by phone or in person help to fund the community box office.

Ticket Santa Fe Refund Policy

All Tickets purchased through Tickets Santa Fe locations, on the phone or through the web site are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Tickets may be donated back to Tickets Santa Fe for a tax deductible donation receipt by calling the box office at 505.988.1234.

Explanation of Service Charges

Service charges apply at all points of purchase.*

In Person: A $1 per ticket service charge at the Tickets Santa Fe location at The Lensic or the Santa Fe Community Convention Center per ticket.

Over the phone: A $.50 to $3.50 per ticket service charge per ticket. The charge is dependent on the price of each ticket.

Online: Ticket orders are processed directly by Tickets Santa Fe’s online ticketing agent, Tickets.com. Tickets.com charges its own per ticket, per order and delivery charge. These charges apply to all online sales.

*Service charges are waived for Lensic members when purchasing tickets in person in the Lensic lobby.
