This eclectic program, sung by all 24 voices of the Chorale, will include music by Baroque masters Gabrieli, Schütz and J.S. Bach (a movement from his first motet); music from Russia and Scandinavia; a beautiful new work, Dappled Things, composed by New Mexico’s own Bradley Ellingboe, on a text by Gerard Manley Hopkins; and a lighter group of works, including Craig Hella Johnson’s arrangement of Dolly Parton’s Light of a Clear Blue Morning, and several songs by the Beatles, one of the most artistically acclaimed groups in the history of popular music.
