Native Treasures Indian Arts Festival

If you are a collector or lover of Native American art, join us for the 7th Annual Native Treasures Indian Arts Festival taking place May 27-29, 2011 (Memorial Day weekend). All events will take place at the Santa Fe Convention Center downtown and benefit the Museum of Indian Arts & Culture (MIAC).

The Native Treasures weekend begins with a Pre-Sale Party on Friday, May 27th from 5:30-7:00 pm. Come and mingle with the artists and purchase works specially selected by them for this festive evening. Also enjoy a delicious array of appetizers, as well as a wine and champagne bar. Tickets are $100 per person ($70 is tax deductible) and include an Early Bird ticket for the show on Saturday.

On Saturday and Sunday the Native Treasures festival begins. The art show and sale will feature 200 of the very best, museum-quality Native American artists. Food, music, and art demonstrations round out the activities. A portion of every sale will benefit the museum. The funds raised by Native Treasures are now the primary funding source for MIAC’s exhibits and education programs, and also support the “Save Our Treasures” campaign to preserve the museum’s priceless collections. So come support your favorite artists and the museum at the same time!
